The adjustable height parallette bars are the only parallette bars on the market which feature height adjustments. Each bar can be raised or lowered to three different heights using an easy pull knob system. These bars are made to last and feature a steel base with a solid wood bar. They're great for training a variety of different gymnastic skills. The adjustable height parallette bars can be used for many different gymnastic applications. They're great for training men's parallel bars as well as bar conditioning. These bars also work well for training handstands, as being low to the ground they take the stress off the athletes wrists. Finally, these bars can be used individually as floor bars. The easy adjustments make these the ideal floor training bars for any gymnast. They feature a steel powder coated frame with a 3.8cm diameter solid wood bar, 61cm long and each bar has 3 height adjustments of 15cm, 18cm and 20cm high. The D-2 Knob located on each bar end is heavy duty and spring loaded and has Velcro on the base to safely secure it to closed loop carpet.
