The resi foam landing modules are either 70cm or 80cm high and are ideal for our built-in 60cm high raised landing pits or they can be installed as a stand-alone unit. The 10cm or 20cm high soft topper mat sits on top of the 60cm high castellated foam base sections and is held in place with Velcro and/or adjustable buckle straps. The topper mat is manufactured in one complete section using 15kg/m3 foam with the option of a PVC or a Jersey type fabric top (a choice of PVC colours are available). The 60cm high base sections consist of 25kg/m3 foam layers wrapped in PVC (a choice of colours are available). The base sections and manufactured in equal sizes making them interchangeable meaning they can be moved round or turned over to increase the lifespan of the foam inside. They feature a 20cm high mesh panel located on the castellated middle section which allows airflow. The 60cm high base sections consist of a 20cm high solid foam base section, a 20cm high castellated foam middle section and a 20cm high solid foam top section. We specialise in the fitting of new and the refurbishment of existing foam pits for gymnastics clubs, trampoline clubs/parks, parkour centres etc. We can help you create the perfect landing area by installing the foam for you or supplying the foam so you can fit it yourselves. The resi foam can be built-in or a stand alone option and is designed to ensure a safe and comfortable landing. The built-in option allows the resi foam to be installed into our 60cm high raised pits, we design the raised pit and manufacture the resi foam to suit the landing pit areas. The stand alone option has the resi foam installed on the floor of the gymnastics club, trampoline club, parkour centre etc. which allows the equipment to sit next to it it can be raised up to it on platforms.
Whether it's a new foam landing pit or the refurbishment of an existing foam landing pit, we have the foam and padding to suit your requirements and budget. Please use our resi foam calculator to work out the amount of foam required to fill the pit. The price detailed is based on a square meter of resi foam (either with a PVC or Jersey top mat), once the overall quantity (total square meterage) is worked out it will give you an overall cost. All our resi foam and covers are manufactured in the UK and meets the British Standards Fire Retardancy rating.
